Arithmetic
The formula given below is quite useful for quick multiplication:
Multiplication of a given number 5 in the unit place in the number or square the root of number where the unit place value is 5 only. for example; 25x25.
Rule No.1. multiply unit place 5x5 ===25
Rule No.2.multiply tens place2by
immediate its next number
3 as 2x3=6
write the result as 625
Examples:
1. 35x35=1225
2. 45x45=2025
3. 55x55=3025
4. 65x65=4225
5.75x75=5625 and so on....

Scheme of Examination for clerical grade.
Objective Type-Multiple Choice Questions paper consist of following:
1. General Intelligence (based on reasoning) ----------50 Questions, carry 50 marks
2.English Language ( Basic Knowledge) -----------50 Questions carry 50 marks
3.Numerical Apitude( Basic Arthmetic Skill) ------------50 Qoestions carry 50 marks
4.General Awareness ------------50 questions carry 50 marks
The questions are set both in English & Hindi. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

Education Qualification: minimum 10+2,
Age limit : minimum 18years , not more than 27year
( age relaxation for SC,ST and OBC as per government rule
